Update from Coach Lance
Great news for the team. Dillon G has agreed to be my Assistant Coach this year. Dillon is an upstanding young man, who loves the game and has been coaching for the last 4 years. I am very pleased to be back coaching with him.
Other team news. We are in the North tournament at the end of the Christmas Holidays and the West at the end of January. I will be hearing early next week about a tournament in St Catherine's scheduled for the end of September.I am waiting to hear back on one other tournament
I would expect our tryout to be a very competitive process. I have arranged a exhibition game with Oakridge on the 10th(details to be posted soon on the calendar). I am hoping to get one more exhibition before the end of tryouts.
I will be posting on this website on Monday or Tuesday some documents that will refresh players on the key concepts of play in our own end. It would probably be a good idea to review these.
