It has been an exciting couple of weeks of hockey for our Novice MD's. Results aside the progress has come in leaps and bounds. We continue to focus on the key foundational competencies around Hustle, Attititude, Respect and Discipline but a lot of discussion around teamwork and working as a team. That has been demonstrated so well in the last few games. The passing has improved tremendously, the unselfishness and the positional play have been fantastic. We added two new scorers to our list of players tonight and will continue to get everyone involved. So proud of this group of eight year olds and all the hustle they are demonstrating. Congratulations to all our players on the phenomenal work they have put in.

Another great game this evening..despite being down two goals heading in to the third period the team never got down in spirit. They came roaring back with the hustle and compete we have grown accustom to seeing. Never giving up they displayed the hearts of the champions and scored 3 goals to take the win!!!
Congrats to all the players on a great team effort!!

Congratulations to all of our Novice MD players on a great weekend. After one game on Friday and three games on Saturday of undefeated hockey, the Nationals earned a spot in the Finals on Sunday afternoon. The boys played a tough Waterloo team but in the end would not be denied, constantly pressuring the Waterloo team the Nationals emerged victorious 4-1. Congratulations again to all the players on a great weekend of hockey!!!
