On-Ice Helpers

NLSA supports the use of registered North London players as On-Ice Helpers at your practices.  Registered North London players must ALWAYS be in full hockey equipment if they are helping at another teams practice except for the Initiation Program.

On-Ice Helpers must be at least 12 years of age and 2 years older than the team they are helping at practice.

Injured players are not allowed to participate as a On-Ice Helper until they are cleared to return to play for their team.

You can use siblings/players from other associations (Jr. Knights, Devilettes, etc.) as On Ice Helpers.   It is recommended you look within our association first.  There is a $40 charge to the team if they use Non-North Player Mentors.  Non-North London On-Ice Helpers must ALWAYS be in full hockey equipment if they are helping at a North teams practice except for the Initiation Program.

On Ice Helpers must complete the below request form
