To all players and parents welcome to the 2013 Novice hockey season. Tryouts begin this Friday at 5pm at Carling arena and I look forward to seeing you all there.
The Novice team this year will be built around three foundational pillars that form the basis of any sport at this age, individual skill development, team skill development and fun. The team will be based on equal playing time for all no matter situation or skill level and a strong emphasis on progression and improvement both as hockey players and as teamates versus a focus based solely on outcomes.
