North London C2, 2014-2015, HL-U9 (North London Nationals Hockey)

North London C2 showed they are ready for the upcoming playoffs by being the best London Team at this weekends Oakridge Novice Hockey Tournament.  C2 lost in the Semi-Finals to the eventual Champs from Kitchener and was the only team in the tournament to score more than 1 goal on the Kitchener team - pumping four past them in the semi-final

North London C2 secured their spot in the 'A' playoffs with a 4-2 win over West London C2 in the final regular season game today at Kinsmen Arena.  The team was short-handed - playing with only 9 skaters but dug deep and pulled off a win. 

After a slight hiccup in their game last week, the North London C2's squeaked out a 5-2 win over Oakridge A2 this Saturday at Medway Arena.  C2 exploded in the 3rd period for 4 goals to ensure the victory.  Daniel Sangster did everything in his power to keep the puck out of our end and Nick Loupos started our scoring with a nice individual effort.  Liam Ironside secured the win with two late goals!  Way to go Team!!!

North London Major Novice C2 won their 6th straight game Saturday with a convincing 6-3 victory over West London D2.  Nathan Blain was solid on the blue-line braking up some West London rushes.  Ben Siroen kick-started the offence with 2 goals and Noah Debicki added 2 assists to help keep this team near the top of the standings!  Way to go team!!

The boys from Major Novice C2 had an enjoyable break over the holidays featuring time off, a visit from Santa Clause and a mid-season skills competition!  After 3 weeks of no games but many practices, C2 continued their season-long winning streak today by defeating the LMHA Thunder 4-1 at Argyle Arena.  The win was high-lighted by Carter Hughes scoring not just his first, but his first 2 goals of the season!  The win also extends North London C2's winning streak to 5 games.  Keep up the great work fellas!
