Volunteer On-Ice Helper Form

Form must be completed by any Volunteer On-Ice Helper that is a registered NLSA bench staff or player, or is not on a NLSA Official Roster for 2023-24 Season.

Required Equipment Policy

NLSA supports the use of registered North Players as Mentors and On Ice Helpers at your practices. Registered North Players must ALWAYS be in full hockey equipment if they are helping at another teams practice except for the Initiation Program.

On-Ice Helper Policy

On-Ice Helpers must be at least 12 years of age and 2 years older than the team they are helping at practice.

Injured players are not allowed to participate as an on-ice helper until they are cleared to return to play for their team.
