Tournament Weekend
Just a reminder to all parents and players
Parents, please ensure you are at the rink no later than 45 mins prior to game time start as games can and will go 15 min's early!
Players make sure you are ready for three (and hopefully 5) hard all out hockey games!!! Get losts of rest, eat well and hyrate before, during and after every game!!! No junk food and no sweets please! Eat health boy and feed those body's because this weekend will be putting your body and mind to the test and I want you all to pass!!
I am looking forward to the weekend and know we can pull out some awsome games and I'm ready to check the "W" colume so I hope you are.
