Character Win
The team went into Cambridge tonight after coming off a tough loss against Kitchener and without 2 of the regulars in the lineup. However, led by the return of captain Eric Thibodeau to the lineup, and a 2-goal performance by Dustin Michienzi, the Nationals overcame an early 1-0 deficit and battled back with determination and a solid all-around effort to gain a 6-2 win!
This is a big win for this group of kids who have worked hard all season against the odds and against very tough competition. Keep up the good work boys, I am very proud of your efforts!
