We will be having a positional practice on Wednesday at the BHI Rink. This is an outdoor ball hockey rink at the corner of Clark Road and Hamilton Road. Players are expected to wear running shoes, shin pads, helmets, gloves and elbo pads. Please bring and orange ball hockey ball if you have one.
