2025/26 House League Bench Staff Certification Reimbursement Request

Please complete the form below to request a reimbursement from the North London Nationals association for bench staff certification expenses related to becoming a NEW Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Trainer in our House League program. When requesting a refund please note the following:

1. All requests are subject to pre-approval by the North London registrar ([email protected]) and reimbursement requests must be submitted through this website. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

2.. The North London Nationals association will only reimburse expenses related to the current season (2025/2026). Deadline for submission: October 24, 2025.

3. The team official requesting reimbursement must be on a North London Nationals approved team roster

4. Only the following courses are eligible for re-imbursement. Coach 1, Coach 2, Level 1 Trainer Clinic

5. Receipts and confirmation of course completion must be attached in order for the refund to be processed.

6. Reimbursement will be issued via cheque. Please allow six weeks to process the request.
