Great Tournament
The boys entered the tournament, looking to play some tough teams. We faced Niagra Falls in game 1 winning won 8-0 with a strong balanced attack. We then faced St.Catherines winning won 4-3. Whitby Wildcats were a tough team in game three and we gave it a strong effort but fell short 3-1, leaving us to play another strong team in the Semi Final, Belle River. Wow what a game that was, after falling behind 5-1 in the middle of the second period, North stormed back to win 6-5 scoring late in the third to win the game and move on to the final where we would eventually finish second to a very high skilled team from Hamilton 8-2.
Congratulations to Quinn Gavin White and Adam Woodland for winning MVP awards in the semi final and final game.
Congratulations to all the kids for a strong showing against some tough teams from Windsor and Toronto area.
