Return to Hockey 2020/2021 Season
Welcome to the 2020/2021 season. I am very excited to get the players back on the ice.  This season is going to look very different from past seasons, with our first phase focusing on having fun, development and getting back on the ice.

Currently we have 12 players on the roster so lots of skating and running through drills.

Our team practices are scheduled for Mondays at 8:30-9:30PM Carling B-Pad, Thursday at 7:00-8:00PM Carling A-Pad and Sunday at 4:30-5:30PM Carling B-Pad.

A Brief Overview: (But please read postings on the North website under the COVID-19 tab).
1. Before entering the rink everyone MUST complete the health survey with the "Javelin app" prior to arriving at the arena.  (I am working on the app currently and will be inviting our roster as soon as possible) If I do not get it to you in time please fill out the paper questionnaire and bring with you.
2. Before every ice time we will gather outside the arena (following protocols: wearing masks and social distancing) this is to make sure every player has completed and passed the COVID screening.
3. We are permitted to enter the arena AS A Team 15mins prior to our scheduled ice time, please come prepared. (dressed in our equipment as much as possible).
Note: If the player is not with the team upon entering, the arena staff may not allow the player to enter.
4. After practice we only have 15mins to depart the arena.
5. Masks must be worn at all times inside the arena.  Players may take off their masks once their helmets are on and ready to go on the ice.
6. No parents or guardians are able to enter the rink prior to Oct. 19th.

Phase 1 is focusing on development, with the first few weeks working on "removing the rust from our skates" and getting back in Hockey shape and conditioning.  We hope to keep moving forward during this time and look towards some scrimmages (3v3 or 4v4).
All we ask as coaches is that you arrive on time, be prepared, ready to work hard  and have some FUN.

During these times and as new information becomes available I will update everyone with any changes.  Please fell free to contact me at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
