Tryout information
Welcome to the 2016 Atom tryouts.

Please check under Team Pages to make sure your name is listed under the Tryout Player List. Also check our Team Calendar for our tryout times and dates. All players can expect to attend the first two tryouts on Sept. 10 and 11th with the first round of player selections taking place after Sunday's skate. Prior to the first tryout, players will be separated into two groups and assigned to a respective time. When arriving at the rink your player's name will be on one of two dressing room doors with an assigned jersey number.  Players are responsible for bringing and filling their own water bottles.  Please do not fill bottles with sports drinks as we are using our brand new jerseys for tryouts and these drinks can stain jerseys very easily so water only please.

** - Please email with the position your child is trying out for prior to the first tryout. **  [email protected]

Additional Information - We are planning to attend 4 tournaments this season: Kitchener Oktoberfest, North London Classic, Silverstick & Orangeville. A possible 5th if we qualify for the Silverstick finals or Alliance Championships. Also our age group will be participating in the MD Interlock program where we will be playing teams from the East & Central division *See article - http://northlondonhockey.ca/Articles/9524/MD_INTERLOCK_REQUIRED_FOR_SOME_DIVISIONS/

Expect to play hockey on March Break although our ice convenor tries his best to accommodate all teams. Also expect to be on the ice for practice and games an average of 4 times per week until mid April.

Parents can expect to pay an additional $750 - $850 in team fees which cover extra ice time, tournament fees, practice jerseys and a few other expenses. Hotel costs are not covered by this and are separate expense. Also a team warm up suit will be required at an additional cost. There will be opportunities for fund raising if the team decides to do so. A more detailed budget will be provided once the selection process is complete.

Good Luck to Everyone. Coach Kris
