I am excited to have been selected to coach the North London 2001 MD team in 2015-16. We expect to build upon the foundation set last season and have a very successful Major Bantam year.
With the city wide change at the 2001 competitive level, this year's try-out is expected to be extremely competitive. Players from last year's Seeded, MD, Northridge and House League levels are expected to be competing for positions on this team. I do not care where you played last year or years before. My evaluators will be looking for skill, hockey sense and most importantly...EFFORT!
My only message to the players is this:
Get in shape and come ready to compete in September. The try-out will include competition drills, endurance drills, skill drills, scrimmages and exhibition games.
