Exciting Weekend Play!!!
Hard to believe we are in our round robin leading up to playoff weekend at the end of March! The Blue Bombers are on a 4 game winning streak!
Friday's game was very exciting with the team (down 3 players) fought against a well disciplined Oakridge team. The Blue Bombers played a great game - a few even got great breakaways - yay Aki! Eventually the Blue Bombers won the day with awesome offense and great defense - final score 5 to 3.
Saturday was just as exciting the Blue Bombers won 4 to 2 but it could easily have been a 5 point difference! Many great shots were blocked by a great LMHA Thunder goalie. Our goal tending was fantastic and even though we had 8 players to LMHA 15, the Blue Bombers talent won the day!
