Understanding team and individual tactics
Coach Dylan and I had a meeting this evening getting ready for the season. We are both excited to be coaching this age group this year.
As players get older we feel we can spend less time on skill development ( don't take that to mean we don't think skills are unimportant as you get older, but many of you have acquired the skills necessary to play this game at this level) and much more time on tactics and strategy.We are looking forward to teaching the game of hockey, in particular how to read the game and how to make quick decisions.
