The first is for the Defence. We have been working on shooting low from the point with our head up and getting the puck away quickly

The second is for Forwards on getting their shot away quickly. We have been focusing on that the last 3-4 practices. Ay time they are in the scoring zone to make sure they under stick handle and get the shot away quickly
