DRESS CODES
All coaches and players in the MD Division of NLSA must wear association approved wear.
We are representing our City and our organization, and we hope that everyone shows that they are proud of the City that they represent.
Trainers can and encouraged to wear running shoes or other rubber soled shoes at games for safety purposes
